Securus operates in the background and has virtually no effect on your systems capacity
or speed. It will provide you with screen snapshots every time a violation occurs.
Each snapshot is saved with details of the user, workstation, time and date and
the nature of the violation.
Securus monitors the on-screen contents of the desktop, constantly looking for words or phrases which represent violations. As soon as any of these words or phrases are downloaded, typed or entered in any way in any program (not just internet explorer) the snapshot is taken. Customise the powerful built-in list of word and phrase libraries by disabling or adding new words and phrases. You have complete control !
The violations are held on the Securus server in a database. This is available to you via a simple interface from anywhere on your network using a web browser. Securus provides flexible reporting, sorting and archiving of all events.
