Included in this is:

Unpack

• Delivery
• Unpack of all components
• Placement to desktop (assuming they are not spread across the campus thinly!)
• Visual inspection of the condition of the equipment
• 'Power On' test
• In the event of failure a cursory test will take place (including opening the case)
• Any issues left unsolved will get a DOA, these machines will be taken back for repair. DOA machines will be treated as new machines on their return.
• All packaging will be removed

Imaging

• Delivery of a single PCs to receive your base image
• Collection of the prepared PC
• Image rolled out across the entire order (assuming identical specifications)
